Privacy Policy

Throughout the website, we may ask for information or collect information from you.

We respect this personally identifiable information (Personal Information).

We recognize the importance of the Personal Information and are committed to protecting this information.

In the Website or our email communication, we may provide links or references to third party sites;

Third parties may offer you products or services through the Website,

we are not responsible for the actions of these third parties as they retain total control over their websites, products or services.

We do not, however, sell, share or rent the Personal Information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent.

Why we collect it: when you register for a course, subscribe to our signals or join our mailing list, we use your details to register you, send your payment link, give you course access and add you to the student Telegram groups. If you opt in, we also email you about new dates and courses, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Telegram groups: If you join one of our paid Telegram groups, we check your Telegram name and username against our subscriber records to confirm your access is current. We use this only to manage access to the group, and we do not share it.

Trading style quiz: when you take our quiz, we keep your answers to work out your result and to learn what our readers need. We keep them even if you do not give an email. If you give your email, we send your report there and label your record with your result. We also email you lessons and offers matched to your style, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Our site uses the Meta pixel, so Facebook and Instagram may learn that you finished the quiz. Meta may process this outside Singapore.

Our email provider, Kit, and where your email is stored

When you sign up for our emails or a free download, your details go to Kit (kit.com), our email provider in the United States. Kit holds your email address, your name if you give it, your country, and labels such as which download you asked for.

Our contract with Kit lets it use these details only to send our emails. It also requires Kit to keep them secure.

The United States has no national privacy law like Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act. So that contract, not US law, is the main protection for your details there.

By signing up, you agree to your details being stored with Kit in the United States. You can withdraw that agreement at any time: click “unsubscribe” in any of our emails, or email info@synapsetrading.com. To have your details deleted from Kit as well, email us and we will do it.

Webinar sign-ups, through WebinarKit

When you register for our free class, your first name, email and chosen session time go to WebinarKit (webinarkit.com), the service that runs our recorded class. WebinarKit processes data in the United States.

We use these details only to run the class for you. We also pass your name and email to Kit, our email provider (see above), to send the class reminders.

The United States has no national privacy law like Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act, so WebinarKit’s own terms, not US law, are the main protection for your details there.

By registering, you agree to your details being stored with WebinarKit in the United States. You can withdraw that agreement at any time by emailing info@synapsetrading.com, and we will delete your registration.

Instagram messages, through Manychat

When you comment a keyword on one of our Instagram posts, or message us there, our replies are sent through Manychat (manychat.com), a messaging service run by Manychat, Inc. in the United States. Manychat holds your Instagram name and username, the messages we exchange, and your email if you give it to us in the chat. It passes your email to Kit so we can send you what you asked for.

Our agreement with Manychat lets it use these details only to run our messages for us. Manychat may store them in the United States or other countries, under contract terms that require it to protect them.

By messaging us on Instagram, you agree to your details being handled by Manychat this way. To stop, reply STOP in the chat. To have your details deleted, email info@synapsetrading.com.

Website analytics and advertising: Google, PostHog and Meta

When you visit this website, three tools record how it is used. They set cookies or similar files in your browser.

Google Analytics, run by Google through Google Tag Manager, and PostHog, run by PostHog, Inc., count visits and show us which pages people read and click. They record the pages you view, what you click, your browser and device, your rough location from your IP address, and a random ID for your browser. PostHog does not record your screen. We use this only to improve the site.

The Meta pixel, run by Meta Platforms, lets us show our ads to people who have visited the site. It also tells us whether an ad led to a sign-up. Our server sends Meta a copy of the same visits, so a browser that blocks the pixel may still be counted. Meta may process this outside Singapore.

PostHog stores this data in the United States, and Google may store it there too. The United States has no national privacy law like Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act. So these providers’ own terms, not US law, are the main protection for your details there.

Google Analytics keeps it for 14 months after your last visit, and PostHog for 1 year. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. To ask what we hold about you, email info@synapsetrading.com.

To see, change or delete your personal data, or to ask how we handle it, email info@synapsetrading.com.
