About the Trainer: Spencer Li

Spencer is an avid globetrotter who achieved financial freedom in his 20s, while trading & teaching across 70+ countries. As a former professional trader in private equity and proprietary funds, he has over 15 years of market experience, and has been featured on more than 20 occasions in the media.

Currently, he manages a diversified portfolio of equities, ETFs, commodities, currencies, cryptocurrencies, and bonds.

He is one of the most established trainers in Singapore, having formerly trained for Share Investor and the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX), and invited to speak at major conferences and events.

  • 6.30pm: Registration

    • Join our Telegram chatgroup for ongoing discussions & resources before, during and after the workshop.
    • Bring your writing materials (paper is provided) and your laptop or mobile devices for trading.
    • Get the chance to network with other like-minded new traders, or chat with me before the workshop starts!

  • 7.00pm: Understanding Markets: How They Work

    • How to read any chart in 15 seconds or less to tell which way the market is going.
    • How to combine swing trading with long-term investing to multiply your wealth faster.
    • Craft your customised trading plan by finding your specialization, style, timeframe, product, etc.

  • 7:45pm: Trading Tools & One Simple Strategy

    • Introduction to technical analysis tools and trading indicators
    • How I trade with 15 minutes a day at any time and any place using the same 4 strategies
    • We will learn one of these strategies and practice it for live trading later

  • 8.30pm: Break + Q&A Session

    • Ask or write down any questions you have for me, and I will answer them.
    • If there is not enough time, I will create short videos to answer them after the workshop.

  • 9:15pm: Market Analysis & Outlook

    • What are the current best trading & investing opportunities in the market?

    • Introduction to trading platform & trade parameters.
    • We will guide you on how to enter a trade, place stoploss and targets, position-sizing, etc.
    • Take your first live trade together with us, and hopefully make some profits.

  • 10.00pm: End of Workshop + Further Training Options

    • Case studies of how new traders managed to overcome their bad habits to become profitable.
    • Further training options and special promotions, as well as self-study resources.
    • I will also stay back for photo-taking, and to answer any further questions you have.

By studying charts, you take positions when the market is most likely to go in your favour, and get out when the market goes against you. With proven strategies and good guidance, you can greatly increase your chances of being right.

There are many different asset classes to chose from, you can start with one and slowly build up from there. I will recommend the easiest ones.

To trade, the essential things you need is a brokerage account, a free charting software, an internet connection, and a mobile device. You will learn how to read charts during the workshop.

I only use 15 minutes a day, by utilising tools such as price alerts and market screeners, and you can do the same.
